VISION AND PARTNERSHIP GROUPS, INC.
Vision and Partnership Groups was founded in 2009 under the leadership of Vickie V. Jordan-Williams, M.A. and incorporated in July, 2011. The goal was to create an organization with a solid commitment to addressing educational gaps in youth programs and services and build community-partnerships. Since 2009, our organization has been providing and developing innovative and quality programs and services that “fill gaps” in youth and families educational needs.
Originally, Vision and Partnership Groups began with one program, Project Readiness. Project Readiness was created to provide summer educational enrichment services to youth ages 6 years to 11 years old. The inaugural session began in June, 2010. However, as the years past, our organization expanded to offer a few new programs and services also targeted at providing services to youth and families during the out-of-school period; Reading Readiness 2- servicing student needs, ages 4-5 years old; Vision Tutorial Services – servicing student needs, elementary to high school, Youth and Parent Computer and Technology Training – to prepare students and parents for a technology-based learning environment.
Vision and Partnership Groups has established a solid network of students, families, teachers, local schools, governmental agencies, for-profit and non-profit businesses and corporations in our effort to ensure the educational needs of youth in our communities are met.
Our organization strives to provide excellence in educational programs and services and remain committed to enriching the lives of youth and families.
